The Civil and Commercial Times Project is located on the south bank of the Lhasa River, adjacent to Liuwu New District on the front side and Nanshan Park on the east side. It is 1.5 meters away from the Potala Palace in a straight line. It covers an area of nearly 2,000 mu and has a total construction area of 2 million square meters. Around the corner, strive to become a “modern financial service base radiating South Asia and a modern high-end business and leisure demonstration zone serving Tibet.” The project includes five parts: commercial plaza, office building, roof garden, community landscape and high-end hardcover apartment.

PART 1 COMMERCIAL PLAZA

At the same time, the designer brought together elements such as form, texture, material, light and shadow, creatively expressing the modern high-end of the space, and abandoning redundant decoration and material stacking , Focusing on showing the perfect combination of interior space and the needs of modern business people.

In order to give the business people in the small area a sense of belonging to “home” in the office, the building is equipped with shared office space. The shared office area is equipped with mobile seats, fixed seats, rest areas, meeting rooms and other office facilities. Groups in need can make advance reservations on the mobile phone through the shared office procedures, complete business negotiations without going out, and easily enjoy the office experience of a 5A-class office building.

The shared office space “Although the bird is small, it has all the internal organs” in addition to meeting the basic needs of daily office. PART 3 ROOF GARDEN
