The rendering video of Archiford Design Office’s Tibetan Civil and Commercial Era Project is released recently! PROJECT INTRODUCTION
The Civil and Commercial Times Project is located on the south bank of the Lhasa River, adjacent to Liuwu New District on the front side and Nanshan Park on the east side. It is 1.5 meters away from the Potala Palace in a straight line. It covers an area of nearly 2,000 mu and has a total construction area of 2 million square meters. Around the corner, strive to become a “modern financial service base radiating South Asia and a modern high-end business and leisure demonstration zone serving Tibet.” The project includes five parts: commercial plaza, office building, roof garden, community landscape and high-end hardcover apartment.

COMMERCIAL PLAZA
This self-contained cross-word commercial block “Shanghui” is located in the sub-block on the first floor of No. 1-4 Building, which is different from the Aegean Shopping Center. The business plan is centered around the park group and is aimed at office workers. Planning for groups and apartment groups.
Minshanghui quantified the building volume into zero, creating an external space system similar to the characteristics of urban streets, adopting a model of brand main stores with sub-main stores, bringing consumers a neighborhood-style shopping experience.
In terms of spatial form, the Minshang Hui forms an external space. It serves as a passage for people to enter various functional blocks. It is a combination of pedestrian and mysterious streets and squares, realizing the communication between the traffic space and people. Mutual integration of spaces.

OFFICE BUILDING
The Grade A office building built by the Business Times is located in Building 2-4, including ecological commerce, government services, investment and financing, information resources, legal support, training and exhibition, small and micro incubation, and capital crowdfunding.
The office building complies with the national standard for Grade A office building, and strives to build a true high-end business office headquarters, becoming a modern high-end business symbol serving Tibet in a true sense.The office building designed the office space with simplicity, liveliness and internationalization as the keynote. At the same time, the designer brought together elements such as form, texture, material, light and shadow, creatively expressing the modern high-end of the space, and abandoning redundant decoration and material stacking , Focusing on showing the perfect combination of interior space and the needs of modern business people.
In order to give the business people in the small area a sense of belonging to “home” in the office, the building is equipped with shared office space. The shared office area is equipped with mobile seats, fixed seats, rest areas, meeting rooms and other office facilities. Groups in need can make advance reservations on the mobile phone through the shared office procedures, complete business negotiations without going out, and easily enjoy the office experience of a 5A-class office building.
The shared office space “Although the bird is small, it has all the internal organs” in addition to meeting the basic needs of daily office. Shared office relies on the “smart office system” to reserve meeting rooms, mobile offices, visitors, etc., and can also use smart devices such as projectors, printers, and smart coffee machines in the shared space to provide convenience in the office space.

ROOF GARDEN
In order to improve the utilization rate of the roof, the civil and commercial era adopted a series of landscape measures, supplemented by leisure table and chair decorations, to create a second space for crowds and recreation. Climbing up to the roof garden of the high-rise building of the Civil and Commercial Plaza, he involuntarily took a breath of relief, and the troubles of the day seemed to disappear. From this verdant terrace, Lhasa’s prosperous future can be seen in a panoramic view.

RESIDENTIAL LANDSCAPE
The landscape design of the community is based on the design principles of “economical, applicable, and beautiful”, adheres to the “people-oriented”, pays attention to meeting people’s needs at all levels, and creates a characteristic landscape that fits the TIBET CIVIL AND COMMERCIAL
In the TIBET CIVIL AND COMMERCIAL, the occupancy of the residents was considered, and grass species with better tolerance were selected to pave the lawn so that the residents could lie down on the grass and fully enjoy the nature. Secondly, the designer created multi-level spatial greening, using lawns, shrubs of different heights and dotted trees to outline the boundaries of the space.
In response to the call of “National Fitness”, the parks in the small area have added “Plastic Luminous Tracks”. When sports become a luxury! Perhaps night running has become your choice. It not only exercises your body, but also a way of self-repair.
Young white-collar workers can change into sportswear when they come home from get off work, run downstairs to breathe fresh air, and admire the garden design of the small district park. In the evening, children who turn around will be attracted by the luminous runway. Regardless of whether it is exercise or leisure, it will become a beautiful scene of the entire district. Listening to music on the radiant runway, whether it is a cool and comfortable atmosphere at night or away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this plastic luminous runway will add color to your life.

HIGH-END HARDBOUND APARTMENT DISTRICT
Building No. 6-8 of the TIBET CIVIL AND COMMERCIAL is a high-end furnished apartment, equipped with traditional Nordic furniture and home appliances, which can realize real accommodation. There are 6 types of apartments, which can be freely selected from 40 ㎡ to 147 ㎡. For groups of people with different occupations and living needs, the designer provides diversified solutions from the decoration design, customized to meet everyone’s needs.
