The Civil and Commercial Times Project is located on the south bank of the Lhasa River, adjacent to Liuwu New District on the front side and Nanshan Park on the east side. It is 1.5 meters away from the Potala Palace in a straight line. It covers an area of nearly 2,000 mu and has a total construction area of 2 million square meters. Around the corner, strive to become a “modern financial service base radiating South Asia and a modern business and leisure demonstration zone serving Tibet”. The project includes five parts: commercial plaza, office building, roof garden, community landscape and hardcover apartment.


01 The intention of building Dunzhu Financial City

The Lhasa Dunzhu Financial Industrial Park construction project is a major strategic layout project for the Lhasa Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government to further promote the “industrial power city”. Its function is positioned as a modern financial service base radiating South Asia and a modern high-end business and leisure demonstration zone in Tibet. “After completion, it will become a real “modern new city” and a new name card for Tibet within Lhasa and even the autonomous region.

02 Location of Dunzhu Financial District

Dunzhu Financial City is located on the south bank of the Lhasa River, adjacent to Liuwu New District on the west and Nanshan Park on the east. It is 1.5 kilometers away from the Potala Palace in a straight line. It covers an area of ​​nearly 2,000 acres and a total construction area of ​​about 2 million square meters. The total population is 50,000, and the total investment exceeds 10 billion yuan. It was constructed by the Lhasa Urban Investment Company.

Strengthen economic and trade cooperation and exchanges, promote the development of urban economy, technology, and culture, improve the image of the city, increase the visibility of the city, and promote urban construction.

Building No. 1 of the Civil and Commercial Times Square is built as a high-end hotel-style butler service apartment, providing a full set of Nordic popular furniture and appliances, which can meet the individual needs of residents.
